The machines 『TH-211 / TH-212』 are designed to produce elastic DTY yarns by applying a physical twist of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 twists per meter to long fibers such as nylon and polyester (POY, FDY), and creating fine crimps by reverting the twist after heat treatment, thereby providing bulkiness and elasticity. 【Features】 ■ One feed roller and one delivery roller (two for TH-212), first heater, second heater (only for TH-212), standard equipped with a magnet-type pin spindle ■ Adding a hot pin heater as an option allows for T&T production ■ Adding a slub device as an option allows for DTY slub production ■ The second heater (only for TH-212) allows for adjustment of DTY elongation and crimp strength ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC ■ Condition input can be selected from touch panel or PC method *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download. *Factory tours are also available.

Manufacturing elastic DTY yarn with a twist of about 1,500 to 2,000 turns/m, providing bulkiness and stretchability!

The "TH-211B" applies a twist of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 times/m to long fibers such as nylon and polyester (POY, FDY) using a physical method, and after heat treatment, it restores the twist to create fine crimp, resulting in an elastic yarn called DTY that has bulkiness and stretchability. 【Features】 ■ Standard equipment includes two feed rollers, one delivery roller, a first heater, a three-roller pin-type spindle, and a rotary creel. ■ Processes POY and FDY of synthetic long fibers such as nylon and polyester to produce DTY for splitting. ■ Equipped with two feed rollers to absorb the release tension of the raw yarn. ■ The processing section uses a three-point support spindle to prevent slippage of the spinner. ■ The adoption of a rotary creel allows for problem-free woolly splitting in subsequent processes. ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC. ■ Condition input can be selected from either touch panel or PC method. * For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download. * Factory tours are also available.
